Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package in real time.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Canada & U.S. Orders: 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • International Orders: 7–12 business days after dispatch

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery windows and delays may occur due to holidays, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control.

If you still haven’t received tracking details, contact us at support@velvedesigns.com and we’ll assist right away.


Order Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, first check your tracking information for updates.

If there’s no movement or you’re concerned, please contact us — our team will look into it immediately and ensure your package is located or replaced.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and order total.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international shipments.


Preorders or Backorders

If an item is marked as preorder or backorder, estimated shipping timelines will be clearly displayed on the product page. You’ll receive email updates as your item ships.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Velvé Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and notify our team for assistance.
