Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
All returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@velvedesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Please package the item securely and include any provided return form before mailing it back to the designated return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
For faster processing, please provide a photo of the items inside the return package before shipping. This helps us verify that everything is included and speeds up your refund.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or size exchange within 7 business days.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in the quality of our shapewear.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@velvedesigns.com with photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue occurred during shipping or production, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or full refund.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or damage (unless defective on arrival)
In rare cases, we may issue a replacement without requiring a return. If the replacement is also unsatisfactory, both items must be returned for a full refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we’re happy to assist with an exchange within the 30-day return window.
