Velvé Designs – Return & Refund Policy

At Velvé Designs, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in creating high-quality shapewear that empowers confidence and comfort. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple and stress-free.


Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Free of damage or signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or used shapewear.


How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@velvedesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, our team will provide instructions and a return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.

For faster processing, please include a photo of the items inside the return package before mailing them back. This helps us verify contents and speed up your refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.


Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

Email support@velvedesigns.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll help you arrange an exchange for your perfect fit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

Send clear photos of the item(s) and packaging to support@velvedesigns.com, and we’ll gladly provide a replacement or full refund.

Please note that items damaged through misuse or improper care are not eligible for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items
